My stay at this hotel was just perfect! The rooms were pristine clean and in a great location, making our accommodation spacious and comfortable for our party of 3. However, a warmer blanket for the sofa bed during cold weather should've been standard. The service was overall excellent, though there was a slight hiccup during check-in. The location was fantastic, right in the center of one of the most interesting neighborhoods of Syracuse with plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The dining experience was nice with good choices, including fresh cut fruit. The facilities were up to par, making my stay very enjoyable.

Staying at the residence Inn in New York Syracuse felt like having a mini apartment with some minor cleanliness issues but overall enjoyable experience. The location was convenient for exploring downtown Syracuse, although beware of pets if you have allergies. The dining offered a decent selection but was a bit lackluster. The service was satisfactory with various options available for an extra cost.
